As Chairman of the board and Founder at Synergy Milling Contractors, Nick Di Cicco helps Synergy’s customers overcome the challenges they face today in Mill Erection, machinery installation, and retro fitting of their machines. With his global perspective, the entrepreneurial-minded Di Cicco is a recognized expert in business processes related to grain mill installation.
His career has focused on the agriculture grain milling process and optimization with a highlight on retrofitting of old mills to fit new machinery. As installation site manager for Buhler US, Di Cicco worked installations worldwide. 12 years of long hard work sparked his Entrepreneurial spirit to Found Synergy Milling Contractors.
Di Cicco is proud to have become an American Citizen and living out the American dream is what he is going every day.
Dennis Di Cicco
President
A native to Italy has been installing machinery and retrofitting since 1999. Dennis motto is “Treat your employee’s right, you are nothing without them”. Dennis joined Synergy in 2018 as part of our Executive team. Dennis’s dream is to grow the Legacy that was founded by his father. Hard work coupled with the love of family are two of Dennis’s impressive qualities. Dennis his Wife and two children live in Sarasota Florida.

Aden Di Cicco intern and web designer. Aden joined synergy soon after High School. Aden is currently an independent 3D printing studio, and works for Synergy during breaks and on weekends. Aden lives in Newport News Virginia and is . In Aden’s spare time he crafts beautiful planted aquariums.
