As Chairman of the board and Founder at Synergy Milling Contractors, Nick Di Cicco helps Synergy’s customers overcome the challenges they face today in Mill Erection, machinery installation, and retro fitting of their machines. With his global perspective, the entrepreneurial-minded Di Cicco is a recognized expert in business processes related to grain mill installation.
His career has focused on the agriculture grain milling process and optimization with a highlight on retrofitting of old mills to fit new machinery. As installation site manager for Buhler US, Di Cicco worked installations worldwide. 12 years of long hard work sparked his Entrepreneurial spirit to Found Synergy Milling Contractors.
Di Cicco is proud to have become an American Citizen and living out the American dream is what he is going every day.
Lesia Lacey
Founder CFO/COO
Lesia Lacey an Executive with broad expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, extensive experience in setting strategic direction and building an effective team.
Core strengths include strategic view of markets, strong operational expertise in multiple functioning areas, ability to change throughout a business, very strong analytical stills coupled with a sound business judgement and a continued focus on the customer. Proven skills managing a large-scale multi- unit retail operation developing early stage concepts and restricting and re-engineering mature companies. A proven ability in Corporate leadership coupled with full P&L responsibilities. In her spare time Lesia has a love for world travel and spends time with her family.
Dennis Di Cicco
President
A native to Italy has been installing machinery and retrofitting since 1999. Dennis motto is “Treat your employee’s right, you are nothing without them”. Dennis joined Synergy in 2018 as part of our Executive team. Dennis’s dream is to grow the Legacy that was founded by his father. Hard work coupled with the love of family are two of Dennis’s impressive qualities. Dennis his Wife and two children live in Sarasota Florida and Bologna Italy.
Aden Di Cicco
Information Technology and Web Designer
Aden Di Cicco intern and web designer. Aden joined synergy soon after High School. Aden is currently a full time College Student and works for Synergy during breaks and on weekends. Aden live in Minnesota and is pursuing his degree. In Aden’s spare time he volunteers at a local Animal Shelter and loves to Travel.
Katherine Crocker
Marketing and Operations Specialist
Katherine Marketing Specialist. Katherine came to Synergy in 2016 soon after graduating from Augsburg in Minneapolis. Katherine was recognized as a Summa Cum Luada graduate in Marketing and International Business. Katherines dedication to details and thinking outside the box are two of her greatest strengths. In her spare time Katherine, together with her husband Shane and three children spend time with family. Katie loves to travel and see the world.
